I wasn’t totally sure about it at first, but it ended up being worth the money. Not perfect, but for the price, I can’t really complain.

I had a smooth experience using the site. I found what I was looking for quickly, which I always appreciate because I don’t like having to click through a bunch of random pages just to get to the right item. I ordered this part for my older Gaggia machine and it fit just like the site said it would. I did have to spend a little time double-checking the model numbers to make sure I was getting the right one, but once it arrived everything worked out fine. Did anyone else have to triple-check compatibility too, or was that just me?

The order showed up packed nicely and the box itself was sturdy, so nothing was damaged. There was more paper stuffed inside than I expected, which was fine, but it took a bit of effort to pull everything out and clean up afterward. Everything looked neat when I opened it, and overall I’m happy with it. Only small downside was the outer box had a little dent, so not totally perfect.
